Project Overview
The Challenge
There was no good place online to look up Romanian slang. The sites that existed were old and slow, and a pain to use on a phone. The client wanted something that loaded fast, worked well on mobile, and could handle thousands of visitors a day without slowing down.
Our Solution
We built it in Next.js and render pages on the server, so they show up fast and search engines can read them properly. The data sits in PostgreSQL, with Prisma handling queries safely. The site has a dark and light theme, real-time full-text search, and an admin dashboard where the team reviews and moderates new entries.
